TL/DR I am a researcher and designer working in early stage innovation. I teach innovation courses. Contact me, I’d love to hear from you.
User Research 〰️ I delve into how people interact with and derive value from products, aiming to make their journey with the product smoother and more enjoyable. I craft and execute original research using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including ethnographic research, discoveries, consumer interviews, expert interviews, survey design, and rapid prototyping, all to improve the user's experience.
Over the past 15 years, I've had the opportunity to hone my skills in various roles across a diverse range of industries. I was a consultant at McKinsey&Co, I led strategic research teams at Lab 1886 (Mercedes-Benz Innovation Lab) and Formo Bio (an alternative protein start up). I am currently consumer research consultant at Euromonitor and a startup coach. How fun!
And yes, sometimes I also indulge in a bunch of cheese, stand in supermarkets for hours trying not to look like a stalker, or just go to customers' closets and count all of the clothes they have.
Teaching 〰️ I teach Product Strategy and Innovation courses at the University of Europe in Berlin. My students allow me to reconsider, question, and constantly learn.
Innovator’s Toolbox 〰️ I created this project as part of my mission to organize the (very disorganized) world of innovation.
Personal Life 〰️ I am a proud mother and partner who is passionate about play and exploration. I call many places home and cherish friendships across the globe. My mission is to leave every place better than I found it.
